Digital Ad requirements
To accommodate our Computer-To-Plate workflow, we require digital files.

Digital Ads Specifications
• PDF, TIFF or JPEG
• All colors and images converted to CMYK
• At least 300 dpi at full size
• PDF files must have fonts embedded.
• Supplied on CD, DVD or via email
• All resource files placed in the ad
• An accurate color printout of the ad. (If an accurate color proof is not provided, Smoky
Mountain Living will not be responsible for the reproduction.)
• Color images must be CMYK, 300 dpi resolution, TIFF or jpg.
Failure to supply all necessary resource files and fonts result in additional charges. If
additional work is necessary to ensure proper output, additional production charges may
apply and advertiser will forfeit any agency commission. If delays due to missing resource or font files are incurred, late charges may apply.

Electronic Submission of Ads:
Ads in the above formats may be submitted via email (20mb limit)

Ads Produced By Us
If we are building your ad, you must provide the following materials:
• Typewritten text
• Photographs, transparencies or slides
• A brief indication of your concept or idea for the ad
• A clean black & white logo or digital file of the logo saved as an EPS

Shipment of Materials
Materials should be securely packaged and thoroughly protected to prevent any possible
damage.
