Amadeus Concert Ensemble invites everyone to its second FREE ADMISSION concert of the season: ORGAN SPECTACULAR, on January 25, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus (711 S. Northshore Drive, Knoxville).
The program, under the baton of ACE Artistic Director Brian Salesky, features the Cathedral’s internationally renowned organist Byongsuk Moon playing the Knoxville premieres of Respighi’s Canticle and Rheinberger’s Organ Concerto No. 2. This will be the first time the Cathedral’s monumental Casavant organ will be accompanied by a symphony orchestra. Completing the program will be Mouret’s beloved First Suite de Symphonies (“Masterpiece Theatre” theme), Vivaldi’s exciting Concerto for Two Trumpets with trumpeters Sarah Fellenbaum and Brett Long, and Marcello’s Introduction, Aria, and Presto for strings.
